| Fred
L. Bollerer |
Fred Bollerer recently retired as a partner at Venture Philanthropy Partners, where he focused on financing and asset management. He began serving as a partner in 2001, and was a management advisor at the Morino Institute beginning in 1998. Prior to that, he was president and chief executive officer of the institute’s Potomac KnowledgeWay project. Bollerer has an extensive background in the banking industry and has held senior leadership roles at multiple banking institutions. He received his BA degree from Ohio University and his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ. Bollerer serves on the boards of Child Trends, Heads Up, and the District of Columbia Education Compact, as well as several for-profit boards. |

| Eileen
Bramlet |
Eileen Bramlet is the President/COO of Mobile Posse, Inc. Recently she was chief operating officer of In2Books, based in Washington, D.C. In the years prior to joining In2Books, Bramlet served as a senior vice president for America Online, Inc. Eileen first began her career working at AOL in the late 1980’s. During her early tenure, Eileen worked as a producer for People Connection, creating online sites from a technical content and editorial perspective. She also worked as the general manager for the AOL Greenhouse, a content studio and venture capital group that was supported and operated by AOL Inc. Following two years with the Greenhouse, Eileen spent the next four years working for AOL International Services as its vice president – helping to develop new businesses around the globe while focusing on both Technology and Creative/Content development. Upon leaving AOL to focus on her family and philanthropic interest, Eileen taught English/Writing on a part time basis at Northern Virginia Community College. She has also done consulting work in the event planning arena. Eileen has a BA degree in Political Science and an MS degree in English Literature, Journalism, and French from Radford University. |

| Jack
Davies |
Jack Davies served as senior advisor to the chairman and CEO of America Online, Inc. from January of 2000 until the end of 2002, following six years as a senior executive with the company. Prior to his role as senior advisor, he was founder and president of AOL International, where he led the global expansion of AOL. Before joining AOL, he worked as managing director of Citicorp's London-based consumer mortgage business, as vice president, Europe, for RCA Records, and in consumer marketing management positions for General Electric. Davies earned an MBA in Marketing (1973) and a BA in Political Science (1972) from the University of Rochester. He is a member of the board of directors of Scholastic and Tickets.com. He also serves as a special advisor to General Atlantic Partners. Davies is a member of the board and the executive committee of Venture Philanthropy Partners, a "venture philanthropy" fund designed to help underprivileged young people in the greater Washington D.C area. He also represents VPP on the Board of Heads Up. Davies is a minority partner in Lincoln Holdings, which owns the Washington Capitals NHL hockey team and is a minority owner of the Washington Wizards NBA basketball team. |

Davis

Donald Davis is the retired chairman and CEO of The Stanley Works. He began his business career in 1948 with Stanley and became executive vice president in 1962, and CEO in 1966. Under his leadership, Stanley grew to become a “Fortune 200” company with annual sales approaching 2 billion dollars. Currently, Davis is a Senior Lecturer at MIT’s Dual Master’s degree program, “Leaders for Manufacturing,” where over the last 10 years he has taught courses in Leadership, Ethics, and Public Policy. He is a graduate of Penn State University and received an MBA from Harvard Business School. Davis is past chairman of the National Association of Manufacturers, the Connecticut Business and Industry Association, and the National Institute for Dispute Resolution. |

Domenici

David Domenici is a co-founder of the See Forever Foundation. He now serves as chair of the See Forever Board of Directors and is a founding board member of the Maya Angelou Public Charter School Board. He also recently transitioned into serving as the Principal at the Oak Hill School, DC’s secure facility for youth who have been adjudicated delinquent, now currently being operated by the See Forever Foundation. He served as the executive director of See Forever until July 2006 and the school’s principal from its founding until June 2002. He has worked with our target population since the inception of Project SOAR, the predecessor program to See Forever and Maya Angelou in 1995. His work experience includes teaching school full-time in D.C. for one year, an internship at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, two years in finance on Wall Street, and three years in general practice at the law firm of Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering. He also served for eight years as the volunteer director of DCWorks, a summer pre-college program for at-risk teens from DC, Philadelphia, and New York. Domenici is a 1992 graduate of Stanford Law School, an Echoing Green Fellow (1998), a member of the 1998-1999 Washington Post Principals Leadership Institute, and a 2002 Ashoka Fellow. |

| Dr. Gertrude
M. Eaton |
Gertrude Eaton served as associate vice chancellor for Academic Affairs with the University System of Maryland (USM) from 1980 to 2007. Eaton also served as executive director for the USM higher education Shady Grove Center in Montgomery County, MD. Prior to 1980, she served as academic program coordinator for the National Institutes of Health Upward Mobility College and director of American University’s Office of Program and Research Development. For the past 18 months, Eaton has served, part-time, as the program director of a six year Title II partnership grant for Teacher Quality Enhancement that included Maryland institutions of higher education and the Prince George’s County school system. She received her Bachelor of Arts, Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in English from the University of Pennsylvania. |

Ellen Folts is the executive director for the Leonsis Foundation. Prior to her financial planning work for Ted Leonsis and James V. Kimsey, Folts worked for four years at Ernst and Young, a large accounting firm. |

Forman, Jr.

James Forman is a co-founder of See Forever. He now serves as Chair of the Maya Angelou Public Charter School Board of Directors and is a founding board member of the See Forever Board. He also assists the organization with capacity-building efforts. Forman is a professor at the Georgetown University Law Center. In 2001, he served as a fellow at the New America Foundation, where he wrote about issues including juvenile justice and public education. A 1992 graduate of Yale Law School, Forman practiced for over five years as a staff attorney at the Public Defender Service, where he represented both juveniles and adults, and trained and supervised other lawyers. Prior to that, Forman served as a law clerk to Justice Sandra Day O'Connor. |

| Jeffrey
J. Kanne |
Jeffrey Kanne is the managing director of Real Estate for the National Electrical Benefit Fund and the National Electrical Annuity Plan. Prior to this position he worked as an attorney for Counts & Kanne, Chartered, of which he was a founding partner. Kanne has broad and diverse experience in the real estate investment and development process, starting with experience as a laborer and carpenter in high school and college. He gained early ground level experience while serving as a Peace Corps volunteer where, among other projects, he initiated and led the financing, construction and staffing of an elementary school in rural Senegal, West Africa. He received his JD with High Honors from the University of Iowa School of Law where he worked as the senior articles editor for the Iowa Law Review. Kanne serves on the Board of Directors of Gibson Island Corporation and Wilmorite Properties, Inc. |

Massie |
Elfreda Massie is currently a marketing executive for Notification Technologies, Inc. She began her career in education as an elementary classroom teacher and has since has gained extensive experience working in school systems. She has served as superintendent (interim) and chief of staff for District of Columbia Public Schools; deputy superintendent and Director of Personnel for Baltimore County Public Schools; and as the associate superintendent for Personnel Services for Montgomery County Public Schools. |

Rector McGlockton |
Joan Rector McGlockton is senior vice president for corporate affairs and compliance at the Sodexho Foundation. As senior vice president for corporate affairs and compliance, McGlockton provides strategic guidance to enhance Sodexho’s position as a leader in corporate citizenship, develops policies to promote responsible business practices, and identifies emerging issues and responses to mitigate business risks. In addition, McGlockton provides leadership in the area of corporate governance, overseeing the company’s legal compliance function and also serves as the corporate liaison for Sodexho’s Business Advisory Board which provides strategic counsel to executive leadership. McGlockton is also a member of several not-for-profit boards including the Sodexho Foundation, the American Dietetic Association Foundation and the Howard University School of Business Hospitality Advisory Board. McGlockton has served in leadership positions with professional, educational and civic organizations including the Duke University Council on Women Studies, and the Coalition of 100 Black Women. She received her bachelor’s degree from Duke University and law degree from Harvard Law School. |

Miller |
Stacey Miller is currently the director of external affairs for the Washington Ballet. Prior to joining the Washington Ballet, Miller was the See Forever Foundation’s director of development. She has also served as a senior vice president for AOL International and is a skilled consultant in the fields of fund development management and event planning. Miller has a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania and she serves on the boards of a number of nonprofit entities. |

| Cheryl
Mills |
Cheryl Mills is the chief operating officer of New York University. Prior to joining New York University’s staff, she was a senior vice president and general counsel for Oxygen Media. For eight years, Mills worked for President William Clinton, first as an associate counsel and then as the Deputy White House Counsel, where she gained significant media exposure through her representation of Mr. Clinton in the impeachment hearings. Mills is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Virginia and of Stanford Law School. Mills sits on the boards of a number of for-profit and not-for-profit institutions, including Stanford Law School. |

Weingarten |
Reid Weingarten is a partner with the Washington, D.C. based law firm of Steptoe & Johnson, LLP and is head of the firm's white-collar crime defense group. Prior to joining the firm, Reid served as a trial attorney for the Public Integrity Section of the United States Department of Justice and as a deputy district attorney for Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Weingarten was inducted in the fall of 1995 as a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He serves as a council member of the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section and served for two terms as chairman of the White Collar Crime Committee. He also teaches courses on Public Corruption and Professional Responsibility as an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center. |
