Get physical for 75 minutes this week! Not 30, not 60. Push it like Salt-N-Pepa for an hour and then 15 minutes after that. You don’t have to hold on to the treadmill for dear life either. Try these aerobic activities:
• Cycling (indoors or outdoors)
• Dancing
• Gardening
• Jogging
• Jumping Jack HIIT intervals
• KickBoxing, Shadow Boxing or Sparring
• Spring Cleaning (moving boxes moves your heart!)
• Swimming
• Using the Stairs (what elevator?!)
